A high oblique view/map of a boat bridge across the Rhine with a bridgehead on each side constructed by Bernard of Saxe-Weimar (16 August 1604-18 July 1639), fighting on the French side, and under attack by the Imperial army general Johann von Werth (1591-16 January 1652). Thirty Years War (1618-1648).

    Condition: view/map: one fold line. Text: one fold line; brown discolouration to both sides of view/map and text; some foxing to both sides of the mount. Pressure marks from the mounts of items which were kept above and below this print and text in a different collection are present on the recto and verso
